Once you realize there are options, making healthy food choices becomes less daunting . Try them out and enjoy the challenge; just know you’ll win some and lose some. I had a vegan bean burger with gluten free bun – dry. It wasn’t great, but I’m glad I tried it, and the company was good.

Breakfast, likewise- good company and I had whole grain rice, eggs, spinach, onion and arugula with a small amount of low fat cheese. Delish, good carbs and low calorie. So a win. Point is, I’m learning it doesn’t have to all be gravy and bacon to be good. Give it a try.
